Krystal Grand® Los Cabos Reviews in Los Cabos

Excelente servicio, las personas son muy amables y la estancia muy agradable

**Guest Feedback Regarding Our Recent Stay at Krystal Grand Cabo** To Whom It May Concern, My party and I stayed at Krystal Grand Cabo this past week, and I would like to share some honest feedback regarding our experience\. While the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful—from the front desk to the poolside attendants—the overall condition of the resort and the quality of several amenities fell significantly below our expectations for a four\-star property\. **Pool and Outdoor Areas** The pool area requires significant renovation and maintenance\. Tiles are falling off, and what appears to be algae or mold is growing throughout the pool, not just in isolated areas\. This raises concerns about the overall upkeep and appearance of the property\. Additionally, the lounge chairs are outdated and need to be replaced\. A resort marketed as a four\-star destination should maintain its facilities to a standard

Excelente lugar para relajarse y pasar el día, precio accesible de day pass y personal productivo y amable, felicidades a Julian y Pedro dentro del pool bar, por su gran actitud.

Our experience was great! The staff was very friendly and always helpful.
