Dealing with your staff has been an extremely enjoyable experience from Bianca at the front desk, to your bellhop staff, to all your staff at the Grill, and risotto’s your spa staff are all top notch and require a tremendous congratulations as they are an asset to your Hotel. Our butler Angelica Sandoval was a very attentive and helpful to our stay again a absolute asset to your altitude cliental. Your pool staff at the adult only pool, starting with Pedro a very cheerful guy and pleasant man and all round great bar tender and fun guy, Julian what can I say, our drinks our food wants were met with such smiling and happy face, this man deserves a medal for his attitude and demure. Angel has made us feel like family, going out of his way serving us and talking with us, Rubio and Manual, Alfredo were amazing looking after us, your surf’s bar staff and cooks wow these guys hustle, in all your staff in its entirety, all deserve a clap on the back for the great service .
